Refunds & cancellations
Scope
This policy applies to paid Repo Version programs: the Risk–Reward Intensive, Single Chart Review appointments, and Trade Journal Clinic seats. It does not cover third-party brokerage fees, data subscriptions, or travel costs.
Deposit and payment
Intensives and clinics require a 30% deposit to reserve dates. Single Chart Reviews are paid in full before the session. Remaining intensive balances are due before the second session unless we agree otherwise in writing.
Cancellation by you
- More than 14 days before the first intensive session or clinic date: full refund of amounts paid, minus any non-recoverable studio booking fee disclosed at invoicing (if applicable).
- 7–14 days before: 50% refund of amounts paid for that engagement.
- Fewer than 7 days before: deposit is non-refundable; remaining unused prepaid fees for undelivered sessions may be credited toward a reschedule within 90 days at our discretion.
Single Chart Reviews cancelled more than 48 hours ahead receive a full refund. Later cancellations are non-refundable but may be rescheduled once within 60 days if calendar space exists.
Rescheduling
One complimentary reschedule is allowed for intensives when requested at least 7 days ahead. Further changes may incur an administrative fee of ₩50,000. Clinic seats may be transferred to another public clinic date once, subject to availability.
No-shows
Missing a session without notice counts as delivered for that session slot. Intensive no-shows do not extend the package automatically.
Work already started
Once an intensive session has been delivered, fees allocated to that session are non-refundable. Written worksheets already prepared for you remain yours; session recordings (if any were agreed) are not redistributed after a withdrawal.
Materials
Printed handouts and digital worksheets supplied during coaching are non-returnable. Their value is included in program fees and is not itemised for partial refund after delivery.
Partial refunds
If Repo Version cancels a program date and cannot offer a reasonable alternative within 30 days, you receive a full refund of amounts paid for undelivered portions. If we terminate an engagement for participant misconduct, fees for delivered sessions are retained.
Processing
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 10–14 business days after approval. Confirm the request by emailing [email protected] with your booking reference and reason.
Exceptions
Weather closures affecting the Gangnam studio may shift in-person sessions to video without constituting a cancellation. Force majeure events may delay delivery without automatic refund when a later date is offered.
