Session Guide

How a coaching appointment unfolds — from placement call to final plan review.

01

Placement conversation

After you enquire, we schedule a short call to confirm markets, experience with stops and targets, and whether the intensive, a chart review, or the journal clinic fits. No payment is taken on this call.

02

Materials to bring

Export or screenshot recent trades, list active instruments, and write the weekly drawdown ceiling you refuse to breach. Printed charts are welcome in the Gangnam studio; remote clients share a screen with the same annotations.

03

Inside a coaching hour

We open with your homework or recent trades, mark structure and invalidation, measure stop-to-target distance in R, and only then discuss size. Speeches about indicators without a written reward multiple are cut short on purpose.

04

Between meetings

Homework is narrow: annotate three charts, complete one R:R worksheet, or log five closed trades with planned versus realised R. Expect 45–90 minutes of solo work between intensive sessions.

05

Closing the engagement

The final intensive session consolidates your playbook language. Chart review clients leave with marked levels from that day. Clinic participants leave with a journal template filled from their own history.
