Acceptance

By accessing repo-version.digital or enrolling in a Repo Version program, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the site or book coaching.

Services described

Repo Version provides educational coaching in technical analysis with an emphasis on risk-to-reward planning. Program descriptions on this site are informational. A binding engagement begins only when both parties confirm dates and fees in writing (email is sufficient).

No investment advice warranty

Training discusses charting, journaling, and risk planning methods. Nothing on this site or in sessions constitutes personalised investment advice, a solicitation to buy or sell any instrument, or a promise of trading profit. You remain solely responsible for your orders and capital.

Intellectual property

Worksheets, session notes, and site content remain the property of Repo Version. You may keep materials provided for your personal trading education. You may not resell, publish, or present them as your own curriculum without prior written consent.

User conduct

You agree not to misuse the contact form, attempt to disrupt the site, or misrepresent your identity when booking. We may refuse or end an engagement if conduct interferes with coaching delivery.

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Repo Version is not liable for trading losses, missed opportunities, or consequential damages arising from use of the site or participation in programs. Our aggregate liability for any claim related to a paid engagement is limited to fees you paid for that engagement.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales (United Kingdom). Courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protections that apply in your country of residence.

Changes

We may update these Terms by posting a revised page. Continued use of the site after posting constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
